• We have a plumber today.  That is good.   The other plumber has been MIA for a month or so, so this is a different fella but he was here early on so he knows what is where.
• Electrical is done until the basement is finished.   Well, there is some stuff in the kitchen, like cooktop, but waiting for countertops.
• Waiting on countertops until all the cabinets are in.  I could have ordered I guess but I am very nervous about it so I wanted to get the exact measurements once the cabinets were in place.
• Remainder of the cabinets were put in place on Monday.  The cabinet maker will come one day next week to put my drawers in.
• Little dirt was moved around a couple of weeks ago.  Mostly where the old house was but a little on the north side of the new house also.
• Work continues on the lower level.  Mostly just one or two guys though, so it is slow going but that is okay.  We all agreed to the new work schedule so it is all good.  Maybe another month or so and it will be ready.
• The main floor is crowded with extra furniture that needs to go downstairs.  Garage is full of stuff for downstairs.  Front porch has boxes everywhere that needs to go somewhere else.  So nothing is really all put together yet but we are getting there.  At least we were able to move in and it has been fantastic. 
• I love my kitchen.  I have actually been cooking.  I can't wait until it is all complete, it will be wonderful.
• Master bath isn't ready but I just noticed last night that a few more cabinets were moved in on Monday.  Hoping the plumber can get a few things working in there today.  But in the meantime, the wooden tub in the Bear bathroom has been really nice.

Well here is what it looks like today.  This was actually completed weeks ago, I am just now posting some pictures.

• This data and communication station has been here for a little awhile, but I just noticed it a few weeks ago.

• Few Kitchen shots.  Remember, drawers aren't in.  No countertops, etc but this will give you some idea what it is going to look like. 

It isn't as big and fancy as some, but I have an extension of the kitchen cabinets into the pocket office, so there is extra storage around the fish tank and the office desk.  The laundry/mud room is also just right around the corner, so the idea is that the extra stuff that accumulates in "junk" drawers, etc will have a home in the laundry room cabinets.  I have a small pantry in the kitchen but also a larger pantry/utility closet in the laundry room.

I am lovin' this kitchen.

I haven't got around to fixing the fish tank or the fountain.  Well, the fountain is in but I have to tweak it.  The fish tank will take me awhile.  Will get more pics when that is ready.
